On 13 January 2024, Supreme Court Suspended the PHC decision of restore Election Symbol, so PTI loses BAT symbol. Now, All ticket holders of PTI has been given Election Symbol as independent candidate.

Despite this challenge, the PTI is determined to navigate the symbol crisis. In response, the party has devised a new strategy leveraging its robust social media presence and influence. Recently, the PTI announced the creation of a web portal that aims to assist voters in identifying the party’s candidates along with their respective election symbols based on constituencies. The party has also released a video explaining this initiative and has called upon its supporters to disseminate the information.
Although the web portal is still in the construction phase, it will eventually host a searchable database containing the names, constituencies, and election symbols of all PTI candidates. The party plans to upload data promptly, and once operational, the portal is expected to mitigate the confusion and challenges arising from the symbol issue, providing clarity to both candidates and supporters.
The PTI, recognized for its adept use of social media for mobilization and communication, particularly with the youth, remains undeterred. With a membership exceeding 10 million in Pakistan and abroad, the party asserts itself as the largest political entity in terms of primary membership. Additionally, the PTI commands a substantial following on various social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
